Any one-time order with a subtotal of £40.00 or more automatically qualifies for Free Shipping. Additionally, all active subscriptions enjoy 100% free tracked shipping on every recurring dispatch regardless of order value!

Our shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on any shipping day are packaged and dispatched the very same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

As soon as your parcel is packed and leaves our facility, you will receive an email (and optional SMS) containing your tracking link and courier details. You can click this link anytime to check your live parcel status.

If you're not in, the courier will leave your package in your designated safe place, with a neighbor, or hold it at your local collection point with a calling card left to let you know.
